Is AutoVer "good to go" in Windows 10. I don't know if this is the case or if I'm doing something wrong. I add a watcher and it looks normal in the main screen and creates an initial backup. However, after closing AutoVer and then opening it later the watcher is gone. Watchers that were created with Windows 7 are still displayed and working normally. Is it possible to create a new watcher in Windows 10?

The Windows compatibility mode did it for me I think. I'm running AutoVer with compatibility mode "Windows 8" and all former watchers are there again and working.

If you click with the right mouse button on the AutoVer start file you could choose "Properties" and "Compatibility" and then choose "Compatibility mode: Windows 8" (or something like that, couldn't check because of a german version).
I got Windows 10 Pro but I hope any other version will do it, too.

Dispite AutoVer is not supported any longer it is still a great software! Thanks for it! But after it didn't work for me under Win 10 I was so frustrated. I searched for alternatives for hours. Didn't find nothing for my special needs and just decided to do the hard way configuring an (for me) over-complicated versioning system like Git/CVS (I ever wanted to - but time ...) as I thought "Gosh, compatibility mode could do the trick at least" doing the dishes. :)
